All live online courses are performed on Zoom.com. You will be sent a sequence of emails with assignments and preparation materials after you enroll. Before the course starts, you will be sent the link to access the live online course. A downloaded version of the session will be sent to you to ensure you always have access.

REFUND POLICY
From the time of purchase until 14 days before the live session is scheduled to start, a full refund can be issued. The student must notify Rise Remotely in writing within 14 days prior to the online course start date.
If the student applies for a refund less than 14 days before the live session starts, it is not possible to give a full refund, but a partial refund based on the information that they have already received from Rise Remotely.
There are no refunds after completion of the live online course.
